
About Shari Jasin

Shari Jasin began working in the restaurant business while attending college in the late 1970's. She worked as an apprentice Pastry Chef for a number of years under the tutelage of a distinguished French Pastry Chef. In 1984 she was given the opportunity to work as the Pastry Chef at Cuisines, an outstanding Cleveland restaurant where she studied with Pamela Grosscup and honed her culinary abilities. Later Shari worked as Head Pastry Chef in several of Northeastern Ohio's most prestigious country clubs, where she learned a love of wedding cake design and pageantry. In 1997, Shari and her husband Paul opened a restaurant in Bay Village, Ohio where her pastry business became a community favorite. For years, Shari has been honored by supplying newlyweds with their dream wedding cake. Shari has earned a well deserved reputation for her personal attention to client needs and satisfaction.
